One of my old favorite meals, almost a guilty pleasure was a garlic filled chicken caesar wrap. What's great about this recipe is you really don't need much to make it. Really whatever veggies you have on hand can fill up the wrap. Mine had: Shaved fennel Sliced bell peppers chopped cherry tomatoes Organic mixed beans The wrap is savoy cabbage leaves. One of my favorites from the cabbage family. It is commonly used in cabbage wraps, ( and stay tuned, because there will be a recipe coming..) Now the best part is the rich creamy caesar dressing! 1/2 cup soaked cashews (You don't have to soak them, but the consistency of your dressing will be creamier if you do.)
1 large clove of garlic 1Tbsp apple cider vinegar pinch sea salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Grind everything in a food processor, Add approximately 1/4 cup vegan milk while blending. Add more if too thick.
