Okay, Yum!!!
1/2 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 inch of fresh ginger finely diced
1 Tbsp Red palm oil
1/2 hot finger pepper sliced
1 cup shitake mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Sautee on medium heat
Then add:
2 Tbsp Soya sauce
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
I served this yummy creation on top of some sliced bell peppers, chopped Organic Kale, Italian Parsley and Kelp noodles. It would also be fantastic in lettuce or cabbage wraps as a taco.
